The course provides graduates with a level of knowledge and understanding in Business Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management and Business Law. Furthermore, graduating students will be well placed to continue their studies by articulating into the Diploma of Business.

The Diploma of Information Technology (Systems Administration) provides the foundation courses that lead to further studies in the following areas: Information Systems, Interactive Web Development, Computing Systems and Networks. This is a Nationally Recognised Qualification from the Information Technology Training Package.

Students will acquire skills for both the management and maintenance of information systems.
Students may continue their studies at various Australian universities with advanced standing in the Bachelor of Information Technology, or be well placed to enter this dynamic industry.

Students enrolled in this course on completion can apply for membership of the Australian Computer Society and can undertake MSCE certification and A+ Certification.

Elementary - PreIntermediate - Intermediate - Upper Intermediate - Advanced

It is designed for students who wish to improve their spoken and written English through everyday use. Students take a test at the outset of the course, to determine their current standard of English, and the class level that will be most appropriate for them.

The aim of the EAP course is primarily to prepare students for tertiary education in Australia .  By the end of this course, students should be able to access a variety of research materials in a university library, use these materials to plan and write university level compositions, read and understand advanced technical and general texts, take notes while listening to a lecture, give oral presentations and complete various other tasks which are required of a university student.

Ozymate's experienced EAP teachers use a number of methods during this course to ensure students feel comfortable when they enter tertiary education in an English speaking environment. This includes class discussions, the study of authentic English language material, such as news reports, and study skills practice.

The focus in the EBP course is to enable students to communicate effectively using language appropriate in a business setting. This includes studying the vocabulary, function and style of the language at this level as well as the culture of an international business environment.

Students participate in many business simulation tasks and business activities, allowing them to feel more comfortable using appropriate language in a modern business setting.


Students who take the IELTS course are committed to getting the best result they can in the International English Language Testing System examination and Ozymate's teaching staff work closely with students to make this happen. All four skills are covered: reading and writing in the morning, followed by speaking and listening in the afternoon. Every week there is a full IELTS practice test under real examination conditions, which helps students to feel more at ease with the style, timing and level of the IELTS test.

This course provides learners with the practical skills needed to work in the tourism industry particularly in sales and promotion. It covers 21 units of competency taken from the THT02 Australian National Tourism Training Package. On completion, learners will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to function effectively in the Sales, Advertising and Promotion Departments of a Tourism Organisation.

This course is designed for learners who wish to work in the Sales and Marketing departments of tourism organisations. It will provide learners with the industry specific knowledge and skills to perform the roles of Sales Executive, Marketing Coordinator and Advertising and Promotion Officer.

This course provides learners with the basic operational skills needed to function effectively in a tourism organisation. It consists of 17 units of competency taken from the THT02 Australian National Tourism Training Package. On completion, learners will be competent to work as frontline staff in any Tourism Organisation, including Tour Guiding and Customer Service.

This Course is designed specially for Tourism Industry personnel involved in the planning and marketing of tourism products and services. It is based on the THT02 Australian Tourism Package. It will provide learners with the knowledge and skills they need to operate in Sales/Office Operations, Financial Administration, Attractions and Theme Park Management.

Graduates will gain a theoretical and practical understanding of the Tourism Industry with special emphasis placed on the marketing and development of tourism products and services. Graduates can articulate into the second year of various accredited Bachelor Degrees This course will prepare graduates for immediate entry into the Tourism Industry in the Sales, Advertising, Public Relations, Customer Service, Marketing and Product Planning departments.
